Equipment Care

You agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Maintain equipment in good condition during the rental period

• Return equipment in the same condition as received (normal wear expected)
• Notify us immediately of any equipment malfunction or damage

Damage and Loss

You are responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear: No charge
• Accidental damage: Covered under our rental terms
• Negligent damage or misuse: Repair or replacement costs
• Loss or theft: Full replacement value of equipment

Late Returns

Equipment must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional rental charges calculated on a daily basis.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation email. Equipment availability is not guaranteed until booking confirmation is received.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 7 days before rental start: Full refund
• Cancellations 3-7 days before rental start: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 3 days before rental start: No refund

Changes to Bookings

We will accommodate changes to bookings where possible, subject to equipment availability. Requests for changes should be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before equipment delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection are included for rentals within Greater London. Additional charges apply for delivery outside our standard service area. Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by caratorrid and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

Filming Services

For filming service bookings, additional terms may apply, including:

• Rights and usage of produced content
• Shooting location requirements and permissions
• Production timeline and deliverables
• Additional services and charges

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental or service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold caratorrid harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of rented equipment
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your negligent or unlawful conduct

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law
